- 1 kg broccoli rabes
- 1 garlic clove
- olio di Roma PGI extra virgin olive oil
Clean the broccoli rabes and choose the tenderest part. Heat four tablespoons of olive oil in a pan and cook the raw broccoli together with a garlic clove. Cover and cook slowly, stirring gently from time to time, for about 40 minutes. Serve hot.
