OLIO DI ROMA PGI

OLIO DI ROMA PGI was recognized with COMMISSION EXECUTION REGULATION (EU) 2021/1261 of 26 July 2021 and published in the G.U. of the E.U. on 02/08/2021. It is an indication that involves the entire olive growing area of ​​Lazio.

Of great quality, the OLIO DI ROMA PGI is obtained from olives of the cultivars: Itrana, Carboncella, Leccino, Moraiolo, Caninese, Salviana, Rosciola, Marina, Sirole, Maurino, Pendolino and Frantoio for a minimum of 80%, and from other varieties up to a maximum of 20%.
