This information is provided, pursuant to art. 13 of Regulation (EU) no. 2016/679, to those who spontaneously, by completing the form on the site, request information from the Olio di Roma PGI Consortium (Data Controller, based in via dei Cerchi 87, 00186 Rome, Italy, telephone (+39) 351-5819248, email info@olioromaigp.it).

The treatment pursues exclusively the purposes of responding to requests for information received and personal data will be used only to fulfil the communication operations with the sender.

This treatment is lawful and permitted as it is aimed at the execution of pre-contractual measures (the request for information), adopted upon the implicit request of the interested party.

The processing will be carried out using automated and paper tools, i.e. entering personal data in special files and/or keeping them on paper and/or through the use of magnetic or audio-visual supports, with mainly automated archive organisation.

The provision of data is optional, but any refusal to supply them in whole or in part will make it impossible for the Data Controller to manage the requests received.

The personal data processed by the Data Controller may be communicated to internal personnel in charge of processing and, in case of need or maintenance, to external personnel specifically appointed and/or appointed as data processor. Finally, they may be communicated to subjects entitled to access them by virtue of the provisions of the law, regulations, community regulations. In any case, the dissemination and transfer of data outside the EU area and/or to international organisations is excluded.

The Data Controller retains and processes personal data for the time necessary to fulfil the indicated purpose. In particular, personal data will be processed for a period of time equal to the minimum necessary, as indicated by Recital 39 of the Regulation, i.e. until the need for conservation ceases.

The rights exercisable by the interested party, within the limits of what is permitted by law, are listed in articles 12-22 of Regulation (EU) no. 2016/679, and are as follows: know the existence and confirmation or otherwise of the processing of data concerning you; request a copy, on IT support, of all the data present in the management applications; obtain the deletion of data, provided that there are no conservation obligations; obtain the rectification or updating of data; object in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of data concerning you; propose a complaint to the Supervisory Authority (for the methods, consult the following site: www.garanteprivacy.it); revoke any consent given at any time (reaffirming that the processing covered by this information is lawful and permitted, even in the absence of consent, as it is aimed at executing pre-contractual measures adopted at the implicit request of the interested party).

The Data Controller, on the data of those who register for the service, does not carry out treatments that consist of automated decision-making processes.
