L'azienda agricola Frosini Lorenzo è una giovane realtà nata nel 2016, è situata in Val D'Aniene tra i monti Ruffi e Simbruini (Castel Madama, RM), essa rappresenta la rinascita e allo stesso tempo la prosecuzione del lavoro iniziato un secolo fa e può vantare una tradizione discendente da oltre tre generazioni di agricoltori e pastori.
Perseguiamo un ambizioso triplice obiettivo: quello della produzione di eccellenze alimentari attraverso un modello sostenibile, quello del recupero di colture in stato di abbandono e quello di custodia.

The Frosini Lorenzo agricultural company is a young company founded in 2016, it is located in Val D'Aniene between the Ruffi and Simbruini mountains (Castel Madama, RM), it represents the rebirth and at the same time the continuation of the work started a century ago and can boast a tradition descending from over three generations of farmers and shepherds.
We pursue an ambitious triple objective: that of the production of food excellence through a sustainable model, that of the recovery of abandoned crops and that of stewardship.
